It seems as though the problem is because of the php.suspected files I found and it seems like the cleanest way of getting rid of it is doing a clean wipe. Some scripts were probably running at the back which creates the files. So the only solution is; Contacting the hosting provider and ask them to totally clean the directory, and start from scratch.
